What level of first aid provision does my business have to make?
HSE guidelines state that businesses should all have at least one member of their staff as a first aid appointed person, some may need full first aid at work certification.
The need for the level of training depends upon the number of staff employed and the risk involved in the business. The higher the risk e.g. working with heavy machinery, the higher the HSE recommend the number of first aid trained staff.
